Job Summary
The Diagnostic Medical Sonography (DMS) Adjunct Instructor will provide quality instruction to students, maintain an organized classroom conducive to learning, and ensure coverage of program/course objectives. Requires RDMS credentials (two specified specialties), at least four years of practical sonography experience, and an AA/AS degree. Hourly compensation in the $35–$40 range with non-exempt, part-time scheduling (generally under 25 hours per week).
Required Qualifications
- At least four (4) years of experience as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
- Active RDMS certification in two of the following three specialties: Abdomen, OB/GYN or RVT – must be in good standing
- A minimum of an AA/AS degree from an accredited college
