Job Summary
Provide instruction in DMS didactic classes both on campus and asynchronous/synchronous learning while coordinating learning modules for active student participation. Travel to clinical sites is required to support the program. Offer student tutoring as needed and maintain ARDMS (AE) or CCI Credentials. Uphold high standards of teaching, scholarship, and service. Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Program Director or Imaging Sciences Department Chair. This full-time role supports South College's mission to serve over 20,000 students across 10 campuses through competency-based education and online learning platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- ARDMS Certification in Adult Echocardiography or CCI Credentials
- proficiency in curriculum development, instructional methodologies, evaluation and assessment, supervision, instruction, education, and counseling
- Previous experience with online learning platform (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard)
- Minimum of two (2) years full time professional experience in the discipline
- Travel to clinical sites
