Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Weekend Option

Perform a variety of ultrasound procedures including abdominal, pelvic, OB, head, extremity, retro peritoneal, small parts, and vascular, with cardiac procedures as required. Prepare patients for exams, provide procedural instructions, and document unusual occurrences while maintaining ALARA radiation safety standards. Maintain technical operation of equipment, log service calls, and input charges for procedures and supplies. Operate as a clinical resource and role model for unit personnel, demonstrating leadership and adhering to current standards of practice. Located in Lakewood, Colorado at a Level I Trauma Center.
