Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Traveler

Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Traveler role visits multiple sites (UCHealth Anschutz Inpt Pavilion in Aurora, CO and travel assignments such as Lakewood, NJ) to perform ultrasound procedures across OB, abdominal Doppler and related areas. Responsibilities include reviewing patient history and physician orders, educating patients about procedures and equipment, preparing and administering contrast media within scope, monitoring patient status, selecting exposure factors and imaging parameters, ensuring safety and quality through equipment QC, documenting findings, and contributing to a multidisciplinary team. The role involves direct patient care, precepting new imaging staff, and supporting a fast-paced clinical environment; candidates must be RDMS/RVT/RDCS or ARRT Sonography certified, with licensure as required and BLS/CPR current. The position offers a travel package/stipend with a 13-week assignment option and a full-time schedule (days) with 72 hours per pay period.
