Job Summary
Transport patients to and from the department safely and efficiently using carts, wheelchairs, taxis, or beds, assisting with transfers from stretchers. Stock supplies and replenish oxygen for the department while communicating any delays or patient condition changes to technologists and imaging staff. Requires high school graduation or GED, CPR certification, and ability to lift 50 lbs. or share 100 lbs. Must work weekends and holidays per schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent with GED
- CPR Certification
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to lift 100 lbs. shared lifting
- Good written and verbal skills
