Job Summary
Diagnostic Imaging Assistant at Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL, part-time (20 hours weekly), Monday–Friday daytime shifts (8:00 AM–4:30 PM). Under general supervision, supports radiology staff and physicians, assists patients and families, explains procedures to reduce anxiety, and delivers courteous customer service. Requires a High School diploma or GED and CPR certification within 30 days of hire. 1–2 years of healthcare experience and knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy are preferred; 35–40 wpm keyboarding and Windows experience are desired; PACS experience is preferred. The role emphasizes professional, patient-centered assistance and collaboration with technologists and physicians within a hospital setting. Required Qualifications
- Education: A High School diploma or GED
