Job Summary
Diagnose and repair vehicles across domestic and foreign makes, completing full courtesy inspections and troubleshooting guest concerns quickly. Work as part of a team to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results while maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Operate manual transmission vehicles, navigate diagnostic computers, and lift up to 100 pounds in tight spaces. Meet or exceed 40-50 flag hours per week. Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience accurately diagnosing and repairing a wide range of domestic and foreign makes and models
- Strong technician expertise across major vehicle systems, including engine performance, transmissions, ABS/Braking, and advanced HVAC systems
- Meet or exceed 40-50 flag hours per week
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
- Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
- Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
- Efficiently navigate a computer
