Job Summary
Diagnose and repair vehicles for guests while building expertise across domestic and foreign makes and models. Perform full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections, then work as part of a team to troubleshoot concerns quickly and meet weekly flag hour targets. Collaborate with the service department to communicate concerns effectively and deliver distinguished results by following high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Operate in a climate-controlled shop with consistent workload, free training, and access to a private Technician Assistance Center.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience accurately diagnosing and repairing a wide range of domestic and foreign makes and models
- Strong technician expertise across major vehicle systems, including engine performance, transmissions, ABS/Braking, and advanced HVAC systems
- Meet or exceed 40-50 flag hours per week
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record, and the ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
- Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
- Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
- Drive manual transmissions vehicles
- Efficiently navigate a computer
Desired Qualifications
- ASE Certifications (or Master Technician status preferred), or a demonstrated track record and plan to achieve
