Diabetic Educator - Diabetic Center - PRN - 1st Shift

Identify patient needs and priorities for education across a population ranging from small children to the elderly. Plan, implement, and evaluate all programs and services administered by the Diabetes Control Center while coordinating educational care between other professional disciplines as needed. Requires dietetic registration and licensure or nursing licensure within a provisional period, with a requirement to become a Certified Diabetes Educator within two years of hire. Two years of experience in diabetes care and education is preferred. This role is available PRN for the 1st shift.
