Diabetessköterska

Conduct routine reception work, provide telephone and chat counseling, and manage triage for acute patient flows at Mirum Vårdcentral. Deliver education, support, and advice to patients with diabetes while contributing to the development of diabetes care and improvement initiatives. Participate in implementing digital-physical processes to evolve primary care. Requires a licensed nurse or district nurse with specialist competence or experience in diabetes care, strong written and spoken Swedish, and comfort working in a changing environment. Full-time permanent position starting immediately.
