Job Summary
Coordinate with patients, healthcare providers, and specialty pharmacies to address pre- and post-training inquiries. Deliver multi-channel educational support regarding diabetes devices, covering setup, operation, and troubleshooting while adhering to program talking points. Present client-specific procedures and maintain high-quality interactions using approved scripts and resources. Complete required training courses, competency assessments, and administrative duties including daily updates and activity reports. Attend local and national meetings as required to exchange knowledge within the Patient Solutions team.
Required Qualifications
- Current US healthcare professional license
- Bachelor's/BSN or equivalent work-related experience
- Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE)
- Preferred minimum of 3 years' experience working in the Diabetes disease state or related field
- Demonstrate effective and professional communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills with pleasant telephone manners and articulate phone voice
- Competency with Call Center Telephone Technology
- Demonstrable organizational skills
- A self-starter with high personal motivation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Evidence of continual professional development and a desire to update professional knowledge base regularly
- Ability to attend local and national meetings and/or conferences, as required
