Job Summary
Oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of the DSME/T program to ensure systematic delivery of diabetes educational services. Coordinate daily educational sessions and manage program logistics for FMOL clinics. Report progress and operational metrics to the Wellness Manager. This role supports the Wellness Manager in expanding access to diabetes care within the community health network.
