Job Summary
Senior Tier Network Support Personnel responsible for O&M, troubleshooting, network engineering, documentation, and lifecycle management of a DHS enterprise network; duties include engineering planning and drawings, cost estimations, hardware refreshes/installation, documentation updates for ATO/STIG/IA compliance, patch management, and travel to enterprise locations. Requires TS/SCI clearance, CCNA, Security+, and DoD 8570.01-M IA certifications; CI Polygraph preferred. Travel to enterprise locations as approved; ability to communicate with service providers and site representatives; Solarwinds monitoring experience with system logs; U.S. citizenship and CAC-bearing eligibility.
Required Qualifications

- Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph preferred
- CCNA
- Security+
- DoD 8570.01-M IA Workforce Improvement Program
- DoD IA training and certification requirements (DoD 8570.01-M)
