Job Summary
Identify and define business requirements by interpreting input from diverse users and articulating functional specifications to UI/UX, development, and testing teams. Create and maintain product roadmaps, epics, user stories, and traceability matrices while documenting business requirements in approved formats. Conduct functional, cross-browser, and mobile device testing to ensure solution integrity, including writing test cases based on wireframes and monitoring content usability across multiple platforms. Manage end-to-end testing of web and mobile applications, compile data reports using SQL, and provide help desk support for production applications. This contract role with the Georgia Department of Human Services, Office of Information Technology requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience as a BA/QA Analyst.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or related fields
- 7+ years of experience as a BA/QA Analyst
- Experience across the SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, operations, support, and maintenance
- Ability to work well with business unit SMEs, Business Analysts, vendors, and end users in cross-functional teams
- Extremely detail-oriented, organized, structured, analytical, and logical, with strong problem-solving skills
- Track record of meeting or exceeding client expectations, personal performance expectations, and achieving project goals
