Job Summary
Review CFIUS filings, including documentation on mergers, stock purchases, and corporate ownership structures. Conduct due diligence and fact-finding research with DHS stakeholders to assess risks from foreign direct investment, supply chain implications, dual-use technology transfer, and cybersecurity. Analyze available CFIUS documentation, DHS SME assessments, and classified intelligence to author risk-based assessments, case summaries, talking points, and action memoranda for senior leaders. Work onsite in the NCR to support DHS risk reduction efforts. Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and DHS suitability required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Experience developing clear and concise risk summaries suitable for senior leadership
- Experience conducting coordination and engagement with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
- Top Secret clearance with SCI eligiblity and DHS suitability
- Able to work fully onsite based on client needs
