The State of Nebraska is seeking a DHHS Program Coordinator to oversee service delivery, conduct assessments, and ensure the health and welfare of individuals in a developmental disabilities service system. Requires a Bachelor's degree and relevant professional experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, social work, sociology, human services, or a related field
- Professional experience in a specialized developmental disabilities service system
- Experience in delivery of habilitation and/or case management services
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with developing person-centered plans
- Experience completing assessments
- Experience with habilitation and program implementation
- Experience in Word, Excel, Outlook, Nfocus and Therap
- Experience in services for people with special healthcare needs
- Experience working with Assisted living facilities
- Experience in the behavioral/mental health
