Job Summary

Deputy General Manager IIR (Identified Independent Retailers) to lead Nissan’s B2B broker channel in Saudi Arabia, driving sustainable volume, revenue and profitability through broker-network management, pricing governance, and incentive programs while ensuring compliance with Nissan policies and brand standards. Responsibilities include defining and executing the broker channel strategy, identifying and developing new broker partnerships, optimizing channel mix, monitoring broker KPIs (volume, revenue, margin, program effectiveness), supporting brokers in closing large deals, overseeing broker onboarding, contracts, performance reviews, and compliance audits, coordinating test drives and joint initiatives with Marketing and dealers, preparing performance dashboards and market intelligence, and leading the broker sales team with a focus on accountability and cross-functional collaboration. Experience in leading and developing teams, strong stakeholder coordination, and fluency in English and Arabic are required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
  • 10+ years’ experience in automotive sales
  • strong exposure to B2B or broker channels
  • Proven experience in channel management, incentive programs, and commercial negotiations
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi automotive B2B market
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
