Job Summary
DfX Project Leader responsible for delivering Design for Excellence across the Full Automatic Coffee portfolio; owns the DfX initiative portfolio and annual savings targets, driving cost reduction, margin improvement, quality enhancement and product competitiveness. Collaborates with Product Management, R&D, Procurement, Quality and Operations to drive execution, governance, and delivery against targets; builds a DfX funnel through redesign, re-specification, and re-sourcing opportunities; identifies risks and implements recovery actions; leads cross-functional teams and provides management visibility through accurate reporting; translates strategic ambitions into executable projects with measurable outcomes and integrated roadmaps.
