Job Summary
Regional Quality Control Manager drives quality governance for SpeedX’s hub and station network in a defined region, defining and enforcing quality standards, leading operational audits, and conducting RCA with CAPA plans; partners with station and transport teams to improve accuracy and discipline, monitor KPIs (mis-scan, mis-sort, damage, delivery accuracy), and present insights to regional leadership; requires cross-functional collaboration, data-driven problem solving, and frontline training to sustain improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above; Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred
