Job Summary
Provide leadership and strategic direction for distribution centers within the region. Drive improved operational performance to meet business objectives while developing strategies to optimize distribution processes and ensure cost-effective operations. Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement, and oversee staff management including recruitment, training, and performance. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify growth opportunities within the Flatbed market. Manage the overall performance of final-mile delivery markets to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the regional distribution network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the logistics or transportation industry

- Strong understanding of transportation and distribution operations
