Job Summary
Provide leadership and strategic direction for regional distribution centers while driving operational performance to meet business objectives. Develop strategies to optimize distribution processes, foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement, and manage staff through recruitment, training, and performance reviews. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify growth opportunities within the Flatbed market. This role supports Temco Logistics' partnership with Home Depot to enable the Direct from Store experience, ensuring efficient and safe operation of the regional network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the logistics or transportation industry

- Strong understanding of transportation and distribution operations
