DFS Operations Manager - San Francisco

Monitor on-road operations, routes, and service performance while troubleshooting delivery exceptions and managing driver and customer service calls. Ensure manifests, routing, and dispatch check-ins remain accurate and compliant with DOT regulations. Train and onboard drivers and technicians, manage schedules based on forecasts, and conduct performance reviews. Review payroll for accuracy, investigate freight and claims, and maintain organized daily reporting. Order office supplies and oversee staging from Home Depot locations. Work Monday through Saturday starting at 5:30 AM; a DOT Medical Card is required. Partner with the General Manager, Router, and HR teams to drive operational excellence.
