DFS Operations Manager - Houston

Monitor on-road operations, routes, exceptions, and service performance while troubleshooting issues, managing calls, and resolving delivery exceptions. Ensure manifests, routing, dispatch, and check-ins are accurate, compliant, and on time by partnering with the Router to optimize routes within DOT regulations. Train, onboard, and support drivers and technicians; manage schedules based on forecasts and hours budgets; conduct performance reviews, and collaborate with HR on engagement. Review payroll for accuracy, investigate freight and Sedgwick claims, and maintain organized paperwork and daily recap reporting. Order office supplies, uniforms, and parts; oversee inbound/outbound staging from Home Depot locations. Work Monday through Saturday starting at 5:00 AM with a DOT Medical Card required.
