Job Summary
Lead SMT technical support to R&D and production, driving design for manufacturing from initial component verification through mass production. Collaborate on PCB layout proposals and perform root cause analysis to continuously improve quality and performance. Develop cost-effective production processes for new product introductions, validate production lines, and introduce advanced manufacturing technologies and equipment to enhance productivity. Provide technical consultation to high-level decision makers while evaluating new SMT equipment aligned with business requirements.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or above in areas of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, etc.
- Profound knowledge and skills on SMA related production and practice of Power Modules as per process, productivity, Industrial Engineering or Lean Production
- Several years working experience as Production Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Process Engineer, or Mechanical Engineer in electronics manufacturing
- Be able to play a leader role in a team, showing promising characters of leadership, creativeness, and persuading ability
- Independent self-motivated and well organized with analytical mind
- Good communication skill and project management skill
- Fluent English in Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing
Desired Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of Flex power module products and processes is preferred
- Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred
