Job Summary
Administer and develop the Individual Customer portfolio by understanding needs, building relationships, and delivering tailored financial solutions. Maintain accurate customer registrations, manage credit operations and collections for delinquent accounts within negotiation timelines, and define resolution strategies. Conduct external visits and potential studies to manage and grow the portfolio while ensuring a positive customer experience. Requires a complete higher education degree, financial product knowledge, and C-PRO R certification.
