Job Summary
Competent individual to be part of our food & beverage team. Responsible for working with supervisory staff to prep, set up, cook, and provide quality food and service in all areas of food production following guided specifications while maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment. Line Cooks must perform at a high level of efficiency and poise. Responsibilities include planning, prepping, setting up, cooking, and providing quality service for all menu items and specials in designated outlets, maintaining sanitation, following menus/recipes, and performing basic mathematical calculations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma, a GED or equivalent experience.
- Preferred applicant with at least 2 years kitchen service experience.
