Dewatering Technician

Job Summary
Assemble, install, commission, and maintain field-based dewatering systems across water, wastewater, mining, and civil sectors in rural Western Australia. Support mobilisation and demobilisation of plant and equipment between projects, utilizing workshop time to prepare materials. Requires current driver's licence, White Card, and High Risk Forklift Licence, with flexibility for on-call rotations and limited supervision. Pre-employment medical and reference checks apply. Required Qualifications
- Current Driver's Licence
- General Construction Induction (White Card) ticket
- High risk Forklift Licence (LF)
- willing to obtain High risk Forklift Licence (LF)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work with flexibility and initiative with limited direction or supervision
- Patient, flexible and adaptable to changing and challenging circumstances with great problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and an ability to juggle multiple competing priorities
- Ability to work well with other team members and champion the NPE brand
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Mine/Civil industry with ground dewatering, pipelaying or sewer pump station operations
- Experience in Rental, Construction or Heavy industries
- HR Licence
- Poly Welding Ticket
- Confined Space Entry Ticket
- Working from Heights Ticket
- Dogging/Rigging Licence
- Relevant Trade Certificate
- Previous experience in a Mining environment with dewatering operations
