Job Summary
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS-native tooling like CodePipeline and CodeBuild, while implementing infrastructure-as-code with AWS CDK and CloudFormation. Integrate security scanning and policy-as-code into delivery workflows, automate compliance evidence for FedRAMP and NIST controls, and support environment provisioning through blue/green or canary deployments. Monitor pipeline health to improve delivery metrics and embed AI-assisted tooling for scanning and pipeline authoring. This role requires a U.S. citizen with 3+ years of DevSecOps experience to work a hybrid schedule in Reston, VA, and client locations in the Washington D.C. area. Candidates must pass a 7-year background check and obtain a U.S. Government Clearance.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Clearance
- Strong communication and presentation skills

- 3+ years of DevOps/DevSecOps engineering experience

- Scripting experience (Python, Bash, or similar)
Desired Qualifications
- AWS certification (DevOps or Security)
- FedRAMP/NIST experience
