Job Summary
Deliver technical training sessions on Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, AWS, Azure, and infrastructure automation tools to global learners. Build and present curriculum covering release management, scripting, and DevOps best practices while mentoring freshers and coaching on Agile project delivery. Utilize communication skills to share content effectively in English, supporting a growth-focused startup environment with direct access to Silicon Valley entrepreneurs.
Required Qualifications
- 4-10 Years of experience in Technical Training
- Release Management (CI / CD Framework, Environment Creation, Build Deployment in SIT/UAT/Production Environments, Applications Setup)
- Scripting (Bash Scripting, Power Shell scripting)
- CI/CD (Jenkins, AWS DevOps, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Gitlab CI/CD pipeline)
- Build Tools (Ant, Maven, Gradle, MS Build)
- Operating Systems (Linux, Windows)
- DevOps Tools (Git, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, GitHub, GitLab, Nagios, SonarQube, Vagrant)
- Project Management (Agile, JIRA)
- English language
- Content building and delivery skills
- Communication sharing
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in any programming language Java or Python, JavaScript, Webserver, Application Server, Prometheus, Grafana, Bamboo, Bitbucket, Databases, Chef
- Strong understanding of Azure / AWS Cloud (PAAS), VMs, Container, and Container Orchestration
- Prior experience within a Training service delivery environment
- Proven ability to influence key decision makers
- Experience of implementation of CI/CD with different types projects and micro-services architecture
