Job Summary
DevOps Technical Project Manager leading governance of an enterprise DevOps platform, optimizing stability, scalability, security, and continuous improvement. Drive an automation-first DevOps strategy with governance, incremental enhancements, and coordination across engineering, security, and compliance. Enhance developer productivity, maintain audit readiness, and align platform evolution with enterprise architecture and regulatory requirements while balancing operational excellence with ongoing innovation. Own day-to-day governance and lifecycle management of the enterprise DevOps platform, manage a backlog of enhancements and technical debt, deliver incremental features, ensure platform stability and performance, and coordinate remote DevOps engineers in China to achieve targets. Drive continuous improvement in CI/CD pipeline efficiency, automation coverage, security-by-design integration, and developer experience; support internal and external audits with evidence, controls, and documentation; track KPIs related to reliability, throughput, automation, defects, and lead time; evaluate and introduce new automation and AI-assisted capabilities where they provide clear value.
