Job Summary
Maintain and improve Jenkins pipelines and deployment workflows while developing Ansible playbooks for system provisioning. Automate staging and demo environment builds, resets, and repetitive operational tasks to enhance consistency between environments. Support and enhance monitoring through Zabbix and Grafana, then document automation processes and best practices. Report to the IT Manager within a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Ontario, Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Candidate must reside in Ontario, Canada
- 3–5 years experience in DevOps, Systems Administration, or Automation roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins and Ansible
- Solid Linux administration skills
- Scripting experience (Bash, Python, or similar)
- Experience supporting CI/CD processes in a production environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience deploying and supporting containerized applications
- Working familiarity with Zabbix and Grafana
- Proven ability to improve workflow efficiency in hosted or SaaS environments
- Ability to build and maintain automated, consistent staging environments
- Ability to reduce manual deployment work through repeatable processes
- Solid understanding of standardized system configuration using Ansible
- Ability to build and document stable CI/CD pipelines
