Job Summary
Own AWS infrastructure end to end, including architecture, infrastructure-as-code, networking, cost, and scale. Build CI/CD and deployment systems enabling daily production shipping. Attack DevOps problems with AI by using coding agents and LLM tooling to write, refactor, and debug infrastructure code. Build agent execution environments, LLM observability, and evaluation pipelines for the platform powering AI agents. Own observability, reliability, and incident response to maintain enterprise-grade trust. Strengthen security and compliance posture as the team scales toward SOC 2 and HIPAA. Multiply team velocity by building automation and AI-powered tooling. This role requires deep hands-on AWS experience, fluency in Terraform or CDK, and a builder mindset focused on writing real software.
Required Qualifications
- Deep, hands-on AWS experience
- Fluent in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CDK, or similar)
- Fluent in modern deployment practices: containers, CI/CD, zero-downtime releases
- A security mindset by default
- A builder at heart
- High ownership and pragmatic
