Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that enable independent deployments to DEV, QAT, SAT, UAT, and PRD environments while eliminating cross-team dependencies. Establish self-service tooling, golden templates, and reusable infrastructure-as-code to provision and ship with guardrails, integrating SAST/DAST, secrets scanning, and compliance gates directly into the pipeline. Lead infrastructure and developer-experience improvements across Azure and AWS, modernizing architecture and reducing tech debt through automation of repetitive manual release and provisioning work. Stand up shared telemetry and AI-assisted incident detection to provide a single view of system health, while hiring, mentoring engineers, and setting technical standards. Partner with Service Reliability, product engineering, and Information Security to deliver secure, reliable outcomes with fully templated environment provisioning and automated cost control.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in DevOps, platform, or site-reliability engineering
- experience leading or mentoring engineers
- Microsoft Azure cloud services
- Containerization and orchestration — Docker and Kubernetes
- Infrastructure-as-code in Terraform
- CI/CD toolsets — Azure DevOps, Octopus Deploy, TeamCity or similar
- Scripting and coding — PowerShell, Python, or Bash
- Code and package repositories — Git, npm, NuGet — and build tools such as Webpack, Gulp, or Cake
- Security testing toolsets — SAST/DAST such as SonarQube, Invicti, or equivalents — integrated into pipelines
