Job Summary
Design, develop, and evolve AI-powered agents to support the SDLC phases from analysis through operations. Define architectures for AI agents using LLMs and agentic frameworks while establishing metrics for adoption, productivity, and ROI. Promote best practices for Generative AI across technical teams by producing documentation, playbooks, and enabling training sessions. Stay current with the landscape to propose new use cases and improvements. This role requires strong cloud platform experience (preferably GCP), DevOps practices including CI/CD and DevSecOps, and proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript. Candidates must have experience in large-scale enterprise environments and knowledge of LLMs, autonomous systems, and AI governance. Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP)
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps principles
- Automation and infrastructure management
- Experience with API integrations, cloud services, and DevOps tooling
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Knowledge of software engineering principles and best practices
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs): Architecture, prompting, RAG, fine-tuning, and evaluation
- Experience with Generative AI frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI (or similar)
- Experience with AI cost optimization (token usage and cost control)
- Knowledge of autonomous and multi-agent systems
- Understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance
- Experience with digital transformation and AI adoption programs
- Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
