Job Summary
Role: DevOps Lead responsible for leading a DevOps team to automate and streamline CI/CD processes, design and define the DevOps architecture, select deployment tools, and manage IT infrastructure to support the software release lifecycle. Responsibilities include enabling secure CI/CD across planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, and monitoring; integrating security and data privacy into the lifecycle; providing customer support and incident resolutions; performing root cause analysis, developing alternative solutions, following escalation processes, sharing best practices, and driving team performance and talent management. Required skills include Ansible Tower, CI/CD tooling, automation, infrastructure management, monitoring, security integration, incident management, and strong leadership for resource planning and capability building. Location is Pune, Maharashtra, India with an in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in DevOps or related field
- Mandatory Skills: Ansible Tower
- Experience in leading DevOps teams
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation
- Experience with infrastructure as code
- Security integration in DevOps lifecycle
- Troubleshooting and incident management
- Customer support and escalation handling
- Team management and talent development
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (if stated in posting)
