Job Summary
Lead the DevOps team to coordinate across operations, development, and testing by automating and streamlining CI/CD processes. Define the overall DevOps architecture/framework per client requirements; select applicable DevOps tools and platforms; design a deployment model for validation, testing, and monitoring; manage IT infrastructure to support software code; drive the end-to-end DevOps pipeline from planning to release; implement security across the DevOps lifecycle; provide customer support and handle escalations across multiple platforms; perform root cause analysis and develop alternate solutions for critical issues; transfer knowledge and promote best practices within the team; manage talent, hire resources, and drive engagement and performance.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in DevOps or related field
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Experience leading DevOps teams or projects
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerization
- Knowledge of security integration in DevOps lifecycle
- Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, shell)
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot complex deployment issues
- Customer support and escalation management
