Job Summary
Own the CI/CD estate for Digital & Technology by designing, building, and continuously improving pipelines across applications and data platforms. Establish and enforce branching, release, and deployment standards while migrating existing Azure DevOps pipelines to a consistent toolchain. Build and maintain GitHub Actions workflows as the primary automation backbone, embedding code quality and security gates as non-negotiable stages. Implement infrastructure as code for repeatable environments and partner with Data & AI teams to build pipelines for Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, and Dbt. Stand up observability to track DORA metrics and act as the DevOps authority to coach engineering teams on best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in a CI/CD DevOps role or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience working across multiple teams instilling CI/CD best practices
- Deep expertise with GitHub and GitHub Actions
- Strong hands-on Azure DevOps experience
- Experience implementing CI/CD best practices across multiple engineering teams
- Knowledge of code quality and security tooling (SonarQube, SAST/DAST, dependency scanning, secrets management)
- Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform and/or Bicep
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Fabric and modern data platform delivery
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
