Devops Lead - Assistant Vice President

Job Summary
Lead DevOps engineer driving containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift), Java/Spring Boot microservices, and end-to-end CI/CD pipelines. Own IaC practices with Terraform and Ansible for cloud and on-prem environments. Design and operate comprehensive observability with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Splunk, and Jaeger; implement automation to improve efficiency and reliability. Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and risk mitigation across application and web server operations (Tomcat, Nginx) and distributed messaging (Kafka); leverage API gateways (Apigee) and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate secure software delivery. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 10+ years of experience in a senior DevOps/lead capacity.
