Job Summary
DevOps specialist to bolster a small, dynamic team focused on Kubernetes and Terraform-based platform operations. Core responsibilities include maintaining automated Kubernetes setup, optimizing autoscaling in AWS/Scaleway, building and improving monitoring and alerts in Grafana and Kibana, configuring KrakenD API Gateway, ensuring disaster recovery readiness, maintaining up-to-date maintenance plans and documentation, optimizing AWS costs, and assisting backend teams with Java and NestJS/NodeJS performance. Team communicates in English, Spanish, and German; based in Mallorca with remote work options. Bonus skills include Java Spring, NestJS, Kafka and other queuing systems. This role is fully hands-on with a focus on stability, security, and efficiency in a multi-cloud, microservice environment.
