DevOps Engineering Leader / Responsable Ingénierie DevOps H/F

DevOps Engineering Leader responsible for defining and evolving the DevOps strategy and toolchain across the GridBeats portfolio, driving CI/CD modernization and automation enablement, and leading secure software delivery practices across cloud and embedded software. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, release management, and branching strategies; embedding DevSecOps and compliance into development and delivery; defining telemetry, logging, monitoring, tracing, and alerting capabilities; enabling development environments and platform services; ensuring reliability, scalability, and quality; and leading and mentoring the DevOps team while collaborating with software architects, developers, QA, systems engineering, and cybersecurity stakeholders. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and technical direction to improve deployment confidence and operational visibility, while advancing standardization of tooling and reusable components across the organization.
