Job Summary
Manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure using AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, GitLab, Terraform, and Ansible. Deploy and maintain scalable applications with Redis, Elasticsearch, and RabbitMQ while ensuring smooth operations and preventing application emergencies. Proactively identify operational gaps, fix deployment issues, and drive technical excellence across server and development levels. Work 10-12 hours daily in a fast-paced startup environment requiring availability during odd hours and nights, with on-site presence in Connaught Place, Delhi.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in cloud services (AWS or Google Cloud Platform)
- Proficiency in containerization tools like Kubernetes and Docker
- Hands-on experience with Linux OS
- Scripting (Shell/Bash/Python)
- Database management (MySQL, MongoDB)
- Expertise with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Chef/Puppet/Ansible, Maven/Nexus, EKS, GKE)
- Expertise with configuration management tools like Ansible and Terraform
- Deploy and maintain infrastructure using Redis, Elasticsearch, and RabbitMQ
- Experienced with building, deploying, and operating tech infrastructure and applications
- Skilled in making software updates and fixing issues in deployments
- Have 2+ years of experience
- Comfortable being available during odd hours / at night for support
- Has worked on multiple backend applications independently
- Self-motivated to keep up with the rapidly evolving DevOps ecosystem
- Comfortable with long working hours (10 - 12 hours daily)
- Comfortable working 5 days a week from the office in Delhi
