Job Summary
Deploy and maintain multiple development teams' AWS infrastructure using CloudFormation and Ansible to automate deployment. Manage scripts and templates in GitHub, implement security controls for compliance, and monitor servers while maintaining Jenkins pipelines. Configure Elastic Load Balancers, auto-scale groups, and CloudWatch alarms, and handle S3 file permissions. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Bash scripting and Linux troubleshooting skills. Requires 3+ years of DevOps experience, US citizenship, and an active TS/SCI clearance. Join our team in Herndon, VA for a $200K to $240K salary.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant DevOps experience
- Experience managing Elastic Load Balancers (ELBs) and auto-scale groups with AWS EC2
- Experience setting up alarms, dashboards, and alerts with AWS CloudWatch
- Experience managing files and permissions in AWS S3
- Experience building Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with AWS CloudFormation using YAML templates
- Strong Linux troubleshoots skills
- Bash scripting experience
- Ability to set up, build, and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
- Experience using Ansible for server automation
- Strong knowledge of git and version control for IaC in GitHub
- Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- US citizenship
