Job Summary
DevOps Engineer responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud infrastructure. Lead technical discovery, build proofs-of-concept, and deliver live demos and comprehensive technical documentation for customers and partners. Partner closely with the engineering team to ensure successful implementations and product-market fit. Support pre-sales engagements by presenting technical capabilities and addressing deep-tier customer requirements. Troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide expert guidance on infrastructure best practices. Gather direct customer feedback to influence the product roadmap and future feature sets. Deliver technical enablement sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for enterprise clients.
