Job Summary
DevOps Engineer to own and improve CI/CD stack, collaborate with engineering to enhance development tools, maintain a robust, observable, and performant CI/CD infrastructure, and research/implement tools to help developers write new code. The role emphasizes ownership of CI/CD pipelines, reliability and performance of deployment processes, and leveraging technologies such as Linux, AWS, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and monitoring/telemetry tools. Proficiency with Ruby, Javascript, or Python is valued, along with experience in CI/CD stack development, AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, Route53, etc.), and monitoring (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Kibana). Familiarity with build systems and CI tools (Jenkins, TeamCity, etc.), databases like MongoDB or ClickHouse, and automation tooling (Ansible, Terraform) is advantageous.
