Job Summary
DevOps Team Lead responsible for leading a DevOps team across OpenShift environments to build resilient cloud architectures, lifecycle management, automation, and proactive monitoring that meet stringent performance, compliance, and security requirements in public sector operations. Leads efforts to ensure reliability and security of critical systems hosted in OpenShift; coordinates software problem analysis, deployment, system hardening, and security testing; creates and maintains operation documentation and SLAs; designs and implements Infrastructure as Code, manages PKI, and applies security controls in collaboration with Development. Requires TS/SCI clearance and 7+ years of leadership experience in a DoD/IC context. Location: St. Louis, MO. Salary range provided reflects a typical government/defense sector package and will be set based on experience and contractual requirements.
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI Clearance with CI Polygraph
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or STEM field
- 7+ years leading a team to perform system sustainment, administration, security, integration, and testing
- 5+ years experience with DoD and ICD Cyber Security Requirements
- 3+ years experience with cloud services
- Current Security+ certification
- Experience with SAFe
- Experience with documentation
- Knowledge of containerization, monitoring & logging, and network & security
