Job Summary
Senior DevOps Engineer at Saily responsible for end-to-end infrastructure from code to user, enabling code quality and deployment speed, ensuring zero downtime across environments, implementing AI-enabled IaC solutions, and scaling CI/CD processes. Core skills include Kubernetes, ArgoCD, GitLab CI/CD, SQL databases, IaC (Terraform, Helm), Linux, Docker, AWS, OpenSearch, Prometheus, Python/Golang; hybrid work setup with 3 office days and 2 remote days at the Warsaw, Poland office; collaboration with AI agents for day-to-day tasks.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of infrastructure configuration, automation and testing experience
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and ArgoCD
- GitLab CI/CD expertise
- Experience with SQL databases
- Knowledge of IaC (Infrastructure as Code) and practical application
- Autonomy over process
- Curiosity about AI and ability to work with agents
