Job Summary
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines across on-premises and cloud environments while developing infrastructure as code solutions using Helm, Terraform, or equivalent tools. Collaborate with development, testers, and operations personnel to automate workflows, reduce manual intervention, and improve system scalability and reliability. Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability, security, and compliance of deployed systems. Lead DevOps best practices and mentor junior team members where applicable. Requires minimum 3 years as a DevOps Lead with 5 years in a DoD DevOps environment, active TS/SCI clearance, and strong Linux/cloud platform proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a DevOps Lead
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a DoD DevOps environment
- Strong proficiency with Helm, Terraform, or equivalent scripting/automation tools
- Demonstrated experience with Git and modern version control workflows
- Hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines in both on-premise and cloud environments
- Solid understanding of Linux systems, cloud platforms, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
- Active TS/SCI clearance required at contract start
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting the Department of War (DoW) or Department of the Navy (DoN)
- Familiarity with federal law enforcement (LE) systems or prior experience working in LE environments
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
