Job Summary
Build and maintain high-quality, secure CI/CD pipelines for Python, Scala, and Java microservices using Terraform, bash, and Docker. Automate deployment to cloud platforms like AWS EKS and Azure, configure load balancers, and integrate static code analysis and security scanning tools into the development lifecycle. Own the full software lifecycle, including design, testing, debugging, and strategic planning for development practices while researching open-source technologies to enhance system reliability. Collaborate effectively in a global environment to solve complex problems independently.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or relevant field of study
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong skills with Docker and Kubernetes to containerize microservices
- Has worked with Maven and/or Scala SBT to build and deploy Java/Scala microservices
- Has strong Python coding skills
- Has a solid grasp of various automated tools for developing and maintaining CI and CD pipelines
- Essential to have strong experience working with Git
- Has preferably worked with integration of Security and code scanning tools like Checkmarx etc. in the CI pipeline to ensure secure development of code
- Has preferably worked with public cloud-based delivery pipelines on AWS or Azure for deployments to either Kubernetes or other container-based deployment platforms
Desired Qualifications
- Nice to have skills of working with Gitlab or AWS Codebuild/Codepipeline and deployment platforms like Kubernetes
