Job Summary
Provide Level 1 operational support for DevOps platforms and CI/CD pipelines, monitor build pipelines, and perform troubleshooting of build failures and deployment issues. Maintain monitoring alerts, assist with code repository management, and ensure deployment stability across production, staging, UAT, and development environments. This role requires basic knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD tools, Linux, container technologies, and cloud platforms. Candidates should have strong analytical and communication skills, along with a willingness to work in a 24/7 shift-based support environment.
Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and automation workflows.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems and command-line operations.
- Understanding of container technologies such as Docker and basic Kubernetes concepts.
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar.
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing systems.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and DevOps runbooks.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift-based support environment.
