Job Summary
DevOps Engineer responsible for taking operational ownership of a newly developed mobile application extension of OCC platform, establishing and leading the operational support model across iOS/Android, managing releases to Apple App Store/Google Play, monitoring service availability and performance, handling incidents, and collaborating with development, infrastructure, and business teams. Role involves shaping operational processes, defining best practices for the new digital service, and ensuring stable, secure, and reliable operation of backend systems and fleet card transaction processes.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Application Operations, Production Support, or DevOps roles
- Hands-on experience supporting mobile applications (iOS and/or Android)
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release management processes
- Experience with incident management and troubleshooting in production environments
- Knowledge of API-based systems and integrations
- Strong ownership mindset, proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively during critical incidents
